Delighted with the service we experienced, however new showroom is very disappointing, furniture is not conducive to carrying out a sales transaction - tables are too large, making it difficult to see laptop. Very limited space to display new cars.

I'm not keen that the WiFi service in the dealership is only available if I agree to my use of the system is sold on to third parties. I always use a VPN and a Virus checker and I cannot log onto the internet via the dealerships WiFi with my VPN.

Was given a time slot for service (10.30am) and told it would take an hour on the phone. On the day the receptionist told me could be up to 4 hours. This is for a standard service to an i3, no extra work or problems with the car.
