I left my car with them for an assessment. I was happy to pay the £182. They went straight for an option of just under £4k. I have asked and been promised on 3 occasions for the video of the diagnostic assessment but it has not come through.

I turned up for my appointment for EGR recall, reception had no appointment recorded for me despite me having a confirmed appointment by email. Had to reschedule appointment for 8 weeks later and wasted 2hr round trip and fuel costs.
