This was a simple and straight forward handover, collection and demonstartion by the dealer sales rep. The collection date was confirmed well in advance and I was kepy fully informed at every step of the way. Business was conducted in private booths.

Had great difficulty getting the service desk phone answered. When I collected car I specifically asked about my tyres and told no problem- only when we got home and watched video did we see a large bolt through one tyre. Should have been told then.

Was particularly disappointed the car wasn't washed or hoovered despite the Arnold clark website saying this comes with all services.

Dropped it off and got a call back few hours later to say it was done.

Was able to be dropped off and picked up from work and all staff was very lovely and kind.

Service desk workers were all helpful, however Car was booked in for 10:15 but not available until closer to 17:00, had been told there are now only 3 courtesy cars available for being booked which are booked out until December.
