From the day we visited the showroom til delivery, Ross was very helpful, even following up while he was on leave to ensure we got the delivery date we had asked for. Very helpful with any questions we had. Overall a great experience!

The standard of service was far superior at BMW Inverness than what we experienced at Volvo Inverness. The whole atmosphere was much friendlier and welcoming. Ross was very informative, helpful, polite and easy to talk to.

We were very satisfied with our experience at the Inverness BMW branch. Alan Stewart and Callum Graham were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Callum got us the car we wanted, and Alan was great at answering our questions.

Very poor service. Received poor communication from the service department. The courtesy car that I got given was dirty inside and out and my bmw wasn't given its courtesy valet that comes as part of the service.
