We were very satisfied with our experience at the Inverness BMW branch. Alan Stewart and Callum Graham were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Callum got us the car we wanted, and Alan was great at answering our questions.

Put on the check in form 3-4 days before that I needed a parking sensor replaced, took a full day off work to drive 440 miles to get it serviced, and they didn't have the part ordered. Didn't receive any update texts or the video

reception staff very helpful, cheerful and polite. Job booked in quickly and the customer service driver provided prompt onward travel to local bus terminal after leaving my car for service. Coffee and refreshments provided when collecting my car.

The car had a problem with the Sat.Nav. It was taken in two working days after I contacted Arnold Clark, I was given a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. The staff were polite and helpful and the car was repaired to my complete satisfaction.

Even though bmw told me I would get work done on warranty arnold clark wanted to charge me so cancelled my appointment. Cheltenham bmw also said should be covered but arnold clark would not. Approved used.. never again

One of my worst experiences ive had at a dealership refused a new battery under warranty yet the dealership that I purchased from said it would have been replaced if it was there but there 700 miles away car only done 7728 miles and 16 months old.

Did not check patch of rust coming through paintwork, was told BMW only offer 3 year warranty for this and that this was an issue center did not deal with so recommended I find local bodyshop to have a look at it.

The service and MoT were carried out to time and the check-in experience was friendly and efficient. I have not given full marks as the car was not cleaned and was covered in fresh gull droppings. I was eventually told that the valet was taken ill.

I was in for a seatbelt recall. The car required rear seatbelt replacement. Only one was fitted and the 2nd required to be ordered which meant I agreed to leave the car overnight and picked up the following day. Not a good customer experience.
