The standard of service was far superior at BMW Inverness than what we experienced at Volvo Inverness. The whole atmosphere was much friendlier and welcoming. Ross was very informative, helpful, polite and easy to talk to.

3 weeks later, I have still not recieved the wheel alignment check and air pressure sensor check recommended by Brian L as an investigation into very uneven wear on tyres.

Discovered from invoice that I was charged for a brake fluid service as well as an oil change service. The brake fluid service was not due till next year, when I queried this it was removed from the charge as a mistake and had not actually been done.

We never received video for service, a part requiring replaced because it was apparently seized after one year and not high mileage. I enquired and was told it wasn't covered under warranty. Which I completely disagree. So works not completed.

Very poor service. Received poor communication from the service department. The courtesy car that I got given was dirty inside and out and my bmw wasn't given its courtesy valet that comes as part of the service.

Not so welcoming as the previous building. The building seemed dark and drab whereas the old building was light and airy. Staff were tucked away in offices. The service receptionist could of been more personable.

front tyre change. I waited 3.5 hrs for this to be done (understand 4 hr window). However, the alloys were left caked in grease, the valve cap was missing driver side and the boot toolkit was missing an item. Very disappointing for a simple job.

Put on the check in form 3-4 days before that I needed a parking sensor replaced, took a full day off work to drive 440 miles to get it serviced, and they didn't have the part ordered. Didn't receive any update texts or the video

reception staff very helpful, cheerful and polite. Job booked in quickly and the customer service driver provided prompt onward travel to local bus terminal after leaving my car for service. Coffee and refreshments provided when collecting my car.

The car had a problem with the Sat.Nav. It was taken in two working days after I contacted Arnold Clark, I was given a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. The staff were polite and helpful and the car was repaired to my complete satisfaction.
