For my initial appointment we were waiting almost an hour and a half despite having an agreed time to meet and discuss. I do appreciate these things difficult to avoid when other people pop in but we had our own time pressures.

Incredible customer service from Ross at Inverness BMW centre. Having previously been a Porsche Aberdeen customer for a number of years I can confirm that the service I received at Inverness BMW was head and shoulders above Porsche Aberdeen

Ross who we dealt with was amazing, we told him our requirements, he understood and provided great advice. There was no hard sell just honest and genuine advice. Finance and delivery were seamless.

A bit disappointed really, when unveiling the new car there were 2 areas on the bonnet that were marked and needed attention (burnt bird staining). When purchasing an unregistered car this is this is the last thing you expect when buying a £65k car.

The car was returned to me with significant damage to the alloy wheels. I am extremely disappointed with Jamie's lack of integrity, proactive communication, and effort to resolve this matter. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

The work done on the car was excellent and during the health check it was spotted that the wheel bearings needed replacing, I asked for a quote to be sent to my email twice now and still it hasn't been sent, this is very poor and frustrating.

Actual work carried out: fine. Experience leading to that: not so much. No courtesy car available. Had to rely on the willingness of the sales dept. to provide a car. Couldn't use the car for a week due to security issue. Rear n/s door would no lock.
