The only comment I would make is given how prestigious BMW vehicles are, as an improvement to smarten/sharpen the Arnold Clark BMW experience and brand image, I recommend staff are issued with matching dress shirts, trousers, shoes and sports jackets

My only issue is that, having dropped my car off at the agreed time of 9am, work didn't start on the car until about 1:30pm which meant that a whole day was spent waiting. We were previously offered a courtesy car but felt we'd not be that long.

My car was booked in. I was offered an electric Mini to use while my car was having an airbag replacement (due to recall at no expense to me) The staff at the service desk were very friendly and helpful. I was given coffee and offered soft drinks.

Originally told it would be 4 weeks before car would be looked at, which for a breakdown repair is really too long. I left the car with AC as it was undrivable and they fixed it in a week. Why not say it'll be a week at the start?

They found faults on the health check we didn't realise were there, mechanical safety faults, busted rear springs and steering bushes. We are thankful they did.
